This is an advanced application of a marketing mix analysis.  This will help you answer the following questions:

Promotion

Place

Consumer

What product features do your consumers want?

What kind of pricing schemes best fit your consumer profile?

What type of promotions will consumers most likely be responding on?

What is the most desired place or sales channel to reach your consumers?

Competitor

 

What product features are currently offered by your competitors?

What pricing strategies are currently employed by your competitors?

What type of promotions are your competitors currently doing?

Where do your competitors sell their products?

Company

 

What product features are you currently offered to the consumers?

What are your current pricing strategies?

What is your current promotional plan?

Where do you currently sell your products?

Community

 

What features are favoured or not favoured by the community?

What kind of pricing strategies are encouraged or being supported by the community?  Which ones do not?

What type of promotion strategies are perceived as favourable or not favourable in the community’s culture?

Where and what kind of distribution channels are you allowed to sell your products?
