PowerPoint Tutorial: Custom Animation: Exit
The Exit animation effect helps to make text, pictures or objects disappear in your slide show
Step1: Select the text, picture or object.
Step 2: Right-click on the selected text and choose the “Custom Animation” tab.
Step 3: The “Custom Animation” column will appear on the right. Click on the “Add Effect” button and click the “Exit” tab. You will see a list of your recently used Exit animation effects.
Choose the “More Effect” tab to view all Exit effects available.
Step 4: You can preview the effects by clicking on each of them. After you have selected the right effect, click the “OK” button.
Here, I have chosen the “Fade” effect to make the bullet point disappear.
Please view below for the result in the slide show:
The bullet point will disappear when you click your mouse.
You can set timing for the Exit animation effects as well. You go through the same process as you set the timed Entrance animation effects. Please refer to Entrance Custom Animation Part II - Timed Animation for demonstration.
