PowerPoint Tutorial:  Insert a Table: Organized Method

Step 1: Under “Format”, click on the “Slide Layout” tab.

Step 2: The “Slide Layout” column will appear on the right hand side.

Step 3: If you only need a title and a table for your slide, choose this layout.

Step 4: Click on the “Insert Table” figure at the middle of your page.

Step 5: Set the number of columns and rows in your table.

Step 6: You will have an organized page with a single table in your slide as shown below.  Now, you can start setting the border, format and fonts for your table and fill it up with your content.
