PowerPoint Tutorial:  Convert Your Slide Package into a PDF Document

This presentation tip is in the category:  PowerPoint Tutorials - Beginner

If you have the Adobe software installed, you can convert your slide package into a PDF document here.  Under “Adobe PDF”, click on the “Convert to Adobe PDF” tab.

If you have other PDF printers installed, click on the “Print” tab under “File”.

I personally have pdfFactory Pro installed.  So, choose the specific PDF printer to do your print job.

You probably want to click on the “Properties” button to set your paper size and change some other settings.

If you want to print more than one slide per page, you will have to change the setting to “Handouts” under “Print what”.

Now, you can choose to include one, two, three, four, six or nine slides on one page.

It is also a good idea to print your slide package using the “Pure Black and White” setting if you expect your end users printing your slide package.
